The report cannot be created today regardless of CAPs and ASAPs you're using in your mail. The report creation requires 8 hours of manual work, it cannot be done today.
To be honest, I cannot understand your role in the project. For now you're just sending us funny mails about strange and unrelated topics at random times.
We can have three modes of cooperation: working together, working against you, or ignoring you. Currently we're fine with the last option but it can be changed. It's entirely depends on you.
Now about your mail.
I'd like to note that person X, you're blaming and trying to push, has nothing to do with the project. He's working in another department and I just asked for his help 5 minutes ago. He agreed to help but not to be under pressure, and not to do the work of 8 hours in 4 hours.
And the last but not least. It's not my project.

Посылать такие имейлы только усугубит конфликт.

Date: 2012-02-09 12:33 pm (UTC)Просто мне кажется комичной ситуация, когда на меня орет человек, не имеющий права на меня орать, требует остаться на работе, чтобы доделать задачу, которую я все равно не смогу доделать, ругается на программиста, который вообще не при делах и просто вызвался помочь... и при этом все это не по моему проекту :)
Конфликта, как такового, нет. Я вообще ничего не ответил, как и много раз до того :)

Есть я, у которого множество проектов с этим же PM'ом, есть программисты, но нет этого проекта.
Есть желание разгрузить PM'а, так как он мне нужен для наших общих проектов.
И когда я начинаю что-то делать, от меня начинают требовать, причем совершенно левые для меня люди и в совершенно забавном тоне :) Какие-то представители сэйлов, customer-managerы и пр.
В итоге, письмо я отправил только PM'у, он написал этим людям свое, сегодня они со мной общались очень-очень вежливо, как с хрустальной рюмкой :)

требовать начинают потому что ты отметился в треде. индусы, с которыми я работал, очень быстро научились не оставлять каменты в баг трекере, что бы никто не знал, что они имеют отношение к этому багу. за что получали от меня регулярных пистолей :)
